Many pets can be made comfortable and relaxed through medical interventions, nutritional support, surgical procedures, and therapeutic treatments. Often, a combination of options is used to achieve the optimum state of well being.
Pet owners are supported by our team with information, counseling, and pet loss resources. We discuss every option with you and help you to make positive choices for your pet and your family.
Euthanasia Services
When palliative care no longer sustains quality of life, we provide humane euthanasia services. You are invited to remain with your companion until the end, or you may trust us to offer appropriate and compassionate care after you say good-bye.
Our veterinarians provide guidance and encouragement during the end of life stage, advising pet owners when palliative care is no longer effective or appropriate. We respect the dignity of both our patients and their human families.
Aftercare Pet Services
Our concern for pet owners extends to our aftercare options. In addition to our pet loss resources, Dr. David offers hand-crafted memorial pieces our pet owners cherish.
In addressing your pet cremation needs, Dr. David has personally visited and chosen the Evercare facility to ensure respectful and ethical handling of your companion’s remains. Owned and operated by practicing veterinarians, Evercare offers an option to burial that respectfully honors every animal in a caring and trustworthy manner. They also stock a complete line of memorialization options, decorative urns, and specialty keepsakes.
